The start of a new school year is upon us. It's time to start packing lunches, doing homework, and begging our kids to get out of bed each morning.
Each year we memorialize the occasion with a first day of school photo on our front porch. It's fun to document each year and create a memory to remember each beginning. Our kids grow and change so much each year, it's hard to believe unless you can look back and see it first hand.
For the last few years, we've been making these fun photo signs for our kids to hold on the first day of school. I wanted them to be colorful and bright and fun. Just like the new school year always promises to be.
i've created signs from pre-k through 12th grade. each with colorful buntings for girls and boys!
if you'd like to print some out for your first day, simply download the file below and print the ones you need.
they are sized for 8-1/2 x 11 paper and you can trim them down to 8 x 10.

Thank you so much for sharing! I love these! School started on August 10th for us and it seems to start earlier every year and for that reason I do not get to use them! Just thought I’d share in hopes of seeing them a couple weeks earlier next year! 😊 I LOVE BOP!!!

these are my fave back to school signs! I used them a couple years back, but in FL we begin school early (a few days). when will you have 2019-2020 first day signs posted? we’d love to use them our first day again this year! thank you so much!!!
