Orders typically leave our studio in 10-14 business days (“Ready to Ship” items leave our studio in 2-3 business days). USPS Standard First Class has limited tracking and no insurance. USPS PRIORITY has limited tracking and includes insurance up to $50. We can only guarantee delivery on shipping that includes tracking. During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) shipping may take longer. We do our absolute best to get orders out in a timely manner but we are at the mercy of paint drying properly and at certain times of the year, due to changes in weather, times can vary! PLEASE NOTE- Unfortunately, once shipped we can not control how fast the USPS gets your order to you.
We ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority that has very limited tracking. When your order leaves our studio we will send an email that includes your tracking number. The post office DOES lose packages from time to time, and we are not able to control USPS deliveries.
We are happy to ship internationally via USPS Priority. International shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged. Please check with your countries Custom's office to see if there will be fees added.
Barn Owl Primitives provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason the buyer is not completely satisfied with the order Barn Owl Primitives will refund the full amount minus shipping. Custom orders, due to the personalized nature, are not returnable. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of item. If the item is damaged or was grossly misrepresented a full refund will be issued including the cost of shipping. If the product is damaged the buyer must send Barn Owl Primitives a picture of the damage within 7-days from receipt to receive a full refund to include shipping. Refunds are issued after a Barn Owl Primitives representative has inspected the item.
Products can be exchanged, however, the buyer is responsible for both the return and new delivery shipment cost. Before a product can be exchanged Barn Owl Primitives will need to inspect the product for damage if the product is returned after the aforementioned 7-day grace period. If the item is damaged after 7-day grace period the exchange is void and the sign will be returned to the buyer.
